We're getting ready to launch FLARE's first collection of premium aviation footwear for men. As we look ahead to developing footwear specifically for women in the flight deck, we'd really like to hear from the pilots who know these needs first-hand.

We want to understand what works, what doesn't, and what could make a real difference to women flying commercial aircraft.

We'd love to understand which styles you wear, what makes a shoe comfortable and suitable for flying, and what you'd like to see improved.
